Pillow Cases.  We have joined in the American Patchwork & Quilting 1 Million Pillow Case Challenge and would love for you to join us.  We will be in the Stitching Room on July 24^th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., August 14^th 2:00 p.m. to 4 p.m. and September 30^th 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  to make pillow cases to be donated to a good cause – hospitals, nursing homes, soldiers.  It’s free!  It’s easy! It’s quick!   You can purchase kits or fabrics from the shop or bring your own fabrics, sew with us and donate your pillow case.  Earn a free fat quarter of your choice when you make 3 pillow cases.  The instructions from us are free and the friends you meet are a bonus!  Please come out and join us in this great event and let us know if you know someone who would love to receive our pillow cases.  Make a Pillow Case, Make a Difference.   

UFO Time.  Do you have dozens of unfinished objects piling up on your quilting table?  I know I do and I need some UFO time!  There will be a day scheduled each month (July 17^th, August 21^st, & September 4^th) for you to come in and work on your unfinished objects.  You can get help from other quilters and the ladies working in the shop if you need it.  Come on in and hang out with us – you can stay an hour or you can stay all day!

Yard Card.  When you come into the shop the first time be sure to get a “Yard Card” when you purchase fabric.  We will check the card off for every time you purchase a yard of fabric.  When you purchase 10 yards you get the 11^th yard FREE!  This does not apply to pre-cut fabrics such as fat quarters and five yard bundles.      

Block of the Month.  Each month a block will be displayed in the shop and the directions on how to create the 6 ½” block will be available.  You create each block and at the end of the year you will have 12 blocks and can put your quilt together with those any way you choose.  Bring your finished quilt in the shop, we’ll put them all on display and they will be voted on by the customers for the “best of show”.  The winner will receive a $50 gift card for Olde Towne Stitchery.  The only requirement is that the quilt has to be made from fabrics sold in the shop.  It’s free to participate so please join in, it will be fun and you could win $50 to buy more fabric!

Birthday Gift.  It’s your birthday so you deserve to celebrate!  Show us your ID on your birthday and we will celebrate your special day with you while you’re in the shop and give you 10% off on your purchase.

First Friday!  The first Friday of each month is a day of celebration in the town of Leonardtown.  We will be participating in the First Friday Celebrations each month and will have specials in the shop on Friday and Saturday.  Check out Leonardtown’s website to see what’s happening each month.    Be sure to stop in and take advantage of this opportunity to get a few yards checked off on your “Yard Card”!  First Friday is also our “Stitch Night” read further to find out the details.

Senior Citizens.  I know that there are many seniors in our county who love to quilt and I would love for you to continue.  Seniors over the age of 60 will get 15% off every Wednesday (everything in the shop excluding quilts).  Make sure you tell the shop assistant that you are eligible for the discount.

Meeting Space.  Does your quilt group need a place to meet or would you just like a quiet place to sit and sew?  Our Stitching Room may be just what you are looking for.  Call us to make sure we don’t have a class or events going on and you and your friends are welcome.
